1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing FixUpFast.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

FixUpFast acts as an intermediary marketplace:

• We display available service providers in your area
• We facilitate booking connections
• We do not guarantee service quality, timelines, or pricing
• We are not liable for damages, accidents, or disputes between users and providers

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and address information
• Be present at the scheduled time or provide access
• Pay the service provider directly as per their rates
• Treat service professionals with respect and maintain safe working conditions

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 2 hours before scheduled service
• Late cancellation: May result in ₹50 cancellation fee (paid to compensate vendor's time)
• No-shows: Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension

5. Pricing & Payment

FixUpFast is currently free to use for customers. Service providers set their own rates. We do not handle payments - you pay the provider directly after service completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixUpFast shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service quality, workmanship, or safety of providers
• Loss or damage to property during service
• Personal injury occurring during service provision

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, India.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

• False information or impersonation
• Harassment of service providers
• Payment fraud or chargebacks
• Violation of these terms

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
